I am a full time fitness and performance coach and speaker as well as a Strength and Endurance Athlete who attempts record first projects that combine both disciplines.
My journey started in 2018 when he created his “365 day challenge”, consisting of 12 unique sporting disciplines (1 for every month), resulting in over 10 competitions that year in multiple disciplines: from Ultra running, multi-day cycling ventures across Ontario, half-ironman’s, Powerlifting and Jui Jitsu.
